1. Our Promise to You

We aim to provide quality, meaningful designs, honest service, and a shopping experience built on trust. As a Muslim-owned brand, we believe in halal business practices — delivering what we promise and being transparent with you at every step.

2. How Our Products Are Made (POD Model)

We run on a Print-on-Demand system — your order is made only after you purchase, ensuring minimal waste and fresh quality.

All production is handled by our trusted partner Qikink, based in India, who ships the product directly to you.

This means each order is unique and created especially for you.

As production starts immediately, cancellations might not be possible once your order is in process.

3. Ordering & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice (but never after you’ve placed an order).

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We use RazorPay Payment service, which includes ALL the online payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there’s an issue (e.g., payment failure, stock of base material, technical errors).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Since we work with Qikink, average production time is 2-3 business days before shipping.

Delivery time depends on your location and courier performance.

We’ll share tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delays due to courier, customs, or external issues are unfortunately out of our control — but we’ll always try to help resolve them.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As POD items are made to order, returns are accepted only if there’s a manufacturing defect or damage.

Please report issues with clear photos to support@deenein.com within 48hrs of delivery.

We’ll work with Qikink to get you a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Product Images & Colours

We try to show products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and print method. Rest assured, quality is always a priority.

7. Your Responsibilities

When shopping with us, you agree to:

Provide correct shipping details (orders with wrong addresses can’t be refunded).

Understand that each order is custom-made and may have slight variations from mockups.

Use our products with love and respect — no unlawful uses.

8. Limitation of Liability

We can’t be held responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect addresses provided by you.

Minor colour variations in printing.
