Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship all over India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you can expect delivery in 5–8 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Can I customize my phone case?

Yes! All our cases are made-to-order. You can personalize with Names, quotes, or special text — just mention it in a Text box in any case product page. Our team ensures each design is reviewed before printing.

Note: you don't have to write it in Arabic, type in English, you're good to go.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking. Please note, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), since each order is customized just for you.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case of a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect order, you’re eligible for a free replacement. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there's a genuine issue, we’ll make it right — customer satisfaction is our priority.
